I take great care to accurately describe all my items. But please be aware that as most items use natural gemstones/pearls and are handmade to order, there may be tiny (probably imperceptible) differences between the picture/description and the actual item.
Everything however will be equally well made, equally beautiful and using materials of an equal quality and value.

I really want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for exchange or full refund of the purchase price.
Refunds will be issued in the same method as the order was paid.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged, by registered insured mail, and packaged properly to ensure no damage.
Return shipping and insurance is your responsibility.
Returns are not accepted for custom orders - thanks for your understanding.

All items are sent via Royal Mail (International Signed For or Special Delivery). Shipping includes tracking and insurance.
Most items will be send within 3-5 days from receipt of payment.
