This is of cotton & silk with secret garden flowers and mystic butterflies on it, giving different hues of color from different angles. The shawl is absolutely soft and comfortable. You can wear to many styles as you like. Color: red and grey(Pls note that the actual color may differ from the photo) Size: 28"x 70", 5" fringe at each end Reversible. We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination. Postal insurance for Registered Mail is only up to a maximum amount of SGD68 (subject to postal terms and conditions). Full insurance is available only for Express Shipping. Insurance cannot cover lost packages due to an incorrect address provided by a customer at checkout. We are not responsible for the loss of these packages. If you entered a wrong address at checkout and the package is sent back to us we will ship it out to you as soon as you confirm with us your correct address (extra shipping fees will be required). In the case of a lost/damage/refund claim being filed, it can take about 1 to 3 months to be resolved. We are unable to make any refunds until the courier has refunded us for the insured amount claimed. A package must be missing for 30 days from the date it was shipped before a claim can be filed. If a package/item has been damaged in transit, you must mail it to me, no later than 2 days after the date it was delivered to you, so that I can present it as physical evidence to the courier in order to file a claim (Shipping for this can only be refunded after the claim has been resolved).
