Please approach your local postal services with the Registered number to track package status with the local authorities. However, inevitable events of damaged parcels while in flight, we will resend the damaged items in your next order with us. Q: Will I incurred custom taxes when buying from you? A: If the value of the order is above the limit amount for your country's customs, please be ready to pay taxes when your order arrives. However, we always declare our packages as "Gifts" and a lowered declared value, whenever possible. Q: How long do you take to ship my order? A: We usually ship within 1-2 working days once payment is received. Q: How long does it usually take for me to receive my package? A: It typically takes up to 2-3 weeks for all international air mail packages. However, it can take up to 6 weeks when delayed at customs or during festive season. Packages are not considered "lost" in transit if 6 weeks has not passed. Please understand that every country's customs clearance and postal service system is different, and we are not liable for any delay caused by your country's clearing system & negligence. We can only ensure on our part that all orders are shipped promptly with the best packaging possible. Q: Does my order comes with tracking number and insurance? A: From 13 Dec 2010, we ship all air mail packages as registered mail, with a registered number. Please take note that a registered number is not typically a tracking number and mostly track-able in Singapore. France, Germany & UK do not track foreign registered numbers. Q: Which shipping mode should I do for then for a full tracking capability & insurance? A: You can opt for Air Parcel or EMS (courier shipping). Please contact us for a quote if you would like to ship with the latter or have expedited shipping. Q: What if I did not receive my order or the package is lost? A: For packages shipped as Registered Air Mail, please contact us if 4 weeks have passed since the shipped date. Q: There a some paints at the back of my cabochons and some slight flaws. A: Please kindly take note that as some of our cabochons are hand-painted, there tend to be some paint smudges at the back of the cabochons. Not all cabochons will be flawless. However, we always perform quality checks on each cabochon and toss away those unacceptable ones - these are not considered defective. Please do consider this when purchasing. Q: I received some of my items which were damaged in transit. A: We will resend all damaged items, please snap a photo for our reference upon receipt of package. Q: Do you do wholesale?
