In our Franconian homeland, what makes our BottleBread special is created: A tasty bread mix with that special something.

Ingredients: wheat flour, rye flour, sunflower seeds, linseed, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sesame, salt, dry yeast.

How do you bake a BottleBread?

The preparation of our BottleBread is very easy:

Put the contents of the bottle in a mixing bowl together with 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar and 500ml lukewarm water and knead the dough into a homogeneous mass. Then pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.

Your BottleBread doesn't have to go! Simply slide the mold into the unheated oven.

After 60 minutes of baking at 180° (convection) or 200° (top and bottom heat) your bread will be wonderfully crispy and golden brown.

With BottleBread you are guaranteed to hit the bull's eye both visually and in terms of taste. Whether for friends, acquaintances, sisters, parents, aunts or grandparents - so far every recipient has been enthusiastic about BottleBread.
The preparation is very easy and the bread (approx. 1,000g) tastes delicious!
