Chinese garden is an exquisite labyrinth: you can’t see it all from the way in no matter how small it is; behind a round gate or a turnaround of pavement surrounded by flowers, you will never know what a smart arrangement will be there to surprise you. You will see is how a scholar arranged his small utopia with his heart in a life time. First 10 years, he saw a tree was a tree, a stone is a stone, next 10 years, he saw a tree was not a tree, a stone was not a stone any more, then next 10 years, a tree was a tree again, a stone was a stone again.
